Titanium dioxide improves the weather resistance, adding rutile type titanium dioxide to polyvinyl chloride products can effectively improve the heat resistance, light resistance and weather resistance of polyvinyl chloride foam sheet, improve the physical and chemical properties of polyvinyl chloride products, and extend the service life. In order to meet the requirements of long-term outdoor use, polyvinyl chloride sheet has good weather resistance. However, the effective way to resist UV damage of white polyvinyl chloride materials is to add high weather resistance rutile type titanium dioxide.
PVC foam board manufacturers use nano-cerium oxide to improve weather resistance. To improve the weather resistance of the polyvinyl chloride building material, they added vinyl chloride resin, ultraviolet absorbers such as ketones and phenylene light benzene. When nano-cerium oxide is added to a mixture consisting of vinyl resins, stabilizers, slip enhancers, processing additives, modifiers, fillers, plasticizers, antioxidants and UV absorbers, or used as an alternative to UV absorbers, the weather resistance of PVC building materials can be significantly improved and good mechanical strength and transparency can be maintained for a long time. The weatherability of PVC foam board is improved, the service life of PVC products is greatly extended, the quality of PVC products is more stable and resources are saved.
